Forest of Dean District Council is working alongside local businesses to encourage residents to ‘Shop Local’ this festive season to help the local economy and Forest of Dean communities to thrive.
As part of the Shop Local campaign, Forest of Dean District Council has put together three prize hampers that can be won by residents who provide a copy of their receipt to show that they Shop Local, Support Local this festive season.
The prize hampers have been paid for by Forest of Dean District Council and filled with produce bought from a range of local retailers and suppliers, further helping to support businesses across the Forest of Dean.
Entry requirements:
To enter the competition, all you need to do is:
- Make a purchase at a local independent retailer
- Send us a copy of your receipt and your name and contact details by email to shop.local@fdean.gov.uk (or by dropping it into the FODDC Council Offices in Coleford)
- Wait for the prize draw on 19 December to see if you’re a winner!
If you are unable to email a receipt, please send a copy of the receipt, as well as your name and contact details in an envelope to the address below, or hand it into the Forest of Dean District Council reception:
