Council meetings and minutes

Face to face council meetings are required to start again from 7 May 2021.  Meetings will be open to the public but, due to social distancing requirements, numbers will be restricted.

If you wish to attend a meeting please contact us before the meeting to reserve your place. You are still entitled to ask questions at some meetings.  Please see our Public Participation page for full details.

You must contact us to ask to attend a meeting by either:

Anyone who has any symptoms of Covid-19 and has reserved a place should not attend the meeting and follow the Governments self-isolation guidance.

Minutes and meeting documents

Find meetings, agendas, reports and minutes

Agendas and reports are published to the website five clear working days before the meeting.  Minutes are published as soon as possible after the meeting, and at the latest when the agenda for the next meeting is published.

Minutes are considered as draft until they have been approved as a correct record at the next meeting of the Council, Cabinet, Committee or Sub-Committee. If any amendments are made to the draft the final version will be published as soon as possible.
