Council meetings and minutes
From 18 May 2020 Council meetings will be conducted via a dedicated video conferencing facility.
Members of the public will be able to follow the proceedings through a broadcast on Facebook Live. (You do not need a Facebook account for this).
Agendas and reports are published to the website five clear working days before the meeting in question. Minutes are published as soon as possible after the meeting in question, and at the latest when the agenda for the next meeting is published.
Please note that minutes should be regarded as draft until they have been approved as a correct record at the next meeting of the Council, Cabinet, Committee or Sub-Committee. If any amendments are made to the draft the final version will be published as soon as possible.
Under the law, it is usually permissible to film or record council meetings.
We webcast our Full Council and Planning Committee meetings.
See our Public Participation page for more information about speaking at our meetings.
