Class timetable 2024
Forest of Dean District Council organise a number of specialist health classes in communities and through our health hubs as part of The Healthy Lifestyles Scheme.
- You cannot attend a class without being contacted by a member of the community wellbeing team or one of the class instructors.
- You are required to fill out a PAR-Q before attending your first class (this will be supplied by a member of our team).
- Classes do not run on bank holidays and there is a short break over the Christmas period.
