What is ReferAll?
ReferAll is an online referral management systems that the Forest of Dean District Council are now using to manage and organise their referrals.
What will it allow us to do?
- Manage all referrals into the Forest of Dean healthy lifestyles scheme
- Send payment and booking reminders to those on classes
- Send questionnaires to those on the scheme
- Generate reports so that we can constantly improve the scheme
