Community Safety Partnership

The Forest of Dean Community Safety Partnership is committed to reducing the harmful effects of drug and alcohol abuse, through education and initiatives such as:

Drive for life

  • A series of roadshows to demonstrate the dangers of driving under the influence or drugs or alcohol to young people

Alcohol free zones

  • Designated zones established to reduce alcohol related anti-social behaviour

Test purchase operations

  • Random testing conducted by the police and trading standards to ensure licensed establishments are complying with the law
