Christmas and New Year opening times

Our offices at Forest of Dean District Council will be closed from 12.30pm Tuesday 24 December 2024 until 9am on Thursday  2 January 2025.

Essential services will continue as normal.

Please check our collections page here for any changes to your bin and recycling collections over Christmas and New Year.

See our report it page here to inform us of any issues such as missed bins, fly-tipping and abandoned vehicles.

You can continue to use our online services to manage your Council Tax and benefits here.

In an emergency, for example flooding or homelessness, you can call our emergency out of hours line on 01594 810000.
