What is Forest Linkline?

The Forest Linkline 24 hour emergency alarm service provides round the clock access to a trained operator at a push of a button. 

All our installers carry ID badges and will present them to you when they arrive.

We can help if you:

• need help whilst recovering from illness or injury
• are living or working alone, in an isolated area
• are a victim of crime or domestic abuse
• want reassurance to feel safe and confident in your own home

How does it work?

A digital alarm unit can be installed anywhere in your property and only needs a mains power source. There is no need for any phone line, or internet connection.

The new digital alarm unit not only keeps your landline free, but the in-built mobile SIMs will always ensure the best possible connection.

• A call is triggered to the 24 hour monitoring centre.

• Trained personnel will provide reassurance and assess the situation.

• A call will be made to a nominated contact or the emergency services if necessary.

• Help will be on its way to you!

Falls detector

We offer a falls detection service. This means that if you’re unable to raise the alarm yourself and suffer from a fall, the falls detector will sense this and raise the alarm automatically to ensure you receive the right support.

Key safe

Our team can fit a police approved KeySafe™ without having to have an alarm installed, providing a secure way for assistance to enter your home in an emergency, or to provide to friends and family.

• The only mechanical KeySafe™ in the UK to be Police Approved.

• Rigorously tested to be as secure as your front door.

• Passcodes can be regularly changed to ensure you remain in full control of who can access your property.

• Eliminates the need for additional keys, keeping your home secure.
