Report a missed bin collection

We were unable to complete our round collections at the following addresses. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

Refuse - a narrow access vehicle is needed to collect from Church Lane. This is due to our larger vehicle getting stuck a fortnight ago. Unfortunately our narrow access vehicles are on their scheduled rounds today, which means we are unable to send a crew out. Please leave your bin kerbside and a crew will be sent out as soon as the narrow vehicle is available. |
Service Failures
We may already be aware there was an issue with collections in your area.
Please complete the missed collection form and if we are aware of a disruption to your waste or recycling collections you will be notified of a 'Service Failure' event on the screen.
If a 'Service Failure' event is showing, please leave your missed containers out for collection and Ubico will return as soon as possible.
If no 'Service Failure' event is showing, please select the containers that were missed and leave the containers out for collection and Ubico will return as soon as possible.
Please be aware there may be some delays in returning due to the Christmas period.
Report
If your general waste bin or recycling has not been collected you can report it as missed after 3pm on collection day. You need to let us know no later than 3pm the following day of the missed collection in order for us to return.
Before reporting a missed bin please make sure that:
- The bin was out by 7am
- There was no extra waste by the side of the bin
- Any recycling was in the correct bin or box
- Your garden waste bin had a valid licence
- Bin lids were closed
Please leave your bin out and we will aim to return and collect it.
