The Community Sports Hub refurbishment will be in phase I of the redevelopment and Hartpury University/ Hartpury College are due to have an outreach facility within the building.
As part of the acquisition of this site from Homes England, the Council is required to use the site for cultural, community, education, recreational and sporting uses and therefore we are looking for expressions of interest from these sectors, as well as a café operator for the ground floor.
