Competition

Are you a budding photographer?

We’re looking for photos of our beautiful district and communities so we can print and display them inside public areas of our council buildings and use them across the council’s social media pages.

We’re not just looking for landscapes and scenery, we want to see the people and communities of the Forest of Dean. You can be as creative as you want!

This competition is open to all ages and abilities. There are no rules on what you must take the photos on, however we ask that no photos are smaller than 3300x2550 pixels and that the file size does not exceed 10mb.

The photographs chosen by our judging panel will be printed and displayed in our council buildings, which will include a photo credit to you. Those with the best photos will be entered into a prize draw with the winner winning a printed 60cm x 40cm canvas of their photo.
