Communicating with our residents
How we communicate with residents is really important to us. We are always working to let residents know about what we are doing for local communities, provide updates on vital services and help you better understand how the council operates and the decisions we take.
We have a small communications team working on:
- Supporting the media with enquires and issuing media releases
- Providing professional help and advice to senior officers and councillors
- Managing a wide range of marketing campaigns and E-Newsletters
- Manage the councils multiple social media channels
- Develop and maintain the Council website
